The DiVitas MMC solution is mobile-network-, handset-, operating system-, carrier- and PBX- agnostic, creating a total mobile communications experience that remains under the complete control of the enterprise.

The MMC solution consists of the following:

• The Mobile Convergence Appliance (MCA) - a single rack-mountable appliance which connects to your PBX system, and eliminates the need for desk phones by routing calls directly to your mobile devices. Using the MCA means that the members of your workforce are contactable using a single number, and they have access to a corporate voicemail.
• The Mobile Convergence Client (MCC) - a client loaded into a mobile device which takes advantage of the seamless communications technology which DiVitas provides - taking preference to making and receiving calls over WiFi using VoIP. Should the WiFi signal drop, the MCC will automatically switch the call over to a GSM protocol without any degradation in call quality or intervention by the user.
