The Good Mobility Suite extends the capabilities of the desktop to the handheld device and offers an excellent user interface and a wealth of innovative features. It is also the first part of Jade’s forthcoming FMC or fixed mobile convergence solution for a wide range of business grade smart phones and mobile handhelds.

Travis Perkins Upgrades with Jade
Building materials group Travis Perkins is focused on achieving compliance with the Payment Card Industry's (PCI) standards for secure processing of all data used in a payment card transaction. As part of its investment, it has chosen Jade Communications to replace ageing Motorola 8146 devices in its trade branches with Motorola MC9090s, together with associated hardware and services.
Also within the Travis Perkins Group, Jade has been chosen to replace legacy mobility solutions at the Hemel Hempstead and Nether Heyford warehouses of Wickes. Motorola access points, switches and mobile terminals are being provided and will reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
Later in 2008, Jade will be carrying out a similar installation in an additional 485,000 square foot warehouse recently acquired by the group at Brackmills in Northampton.
